Gradient and Font Awesome Update · Blog
In an attempt to make the site function faster all around, we've decided to go the route of HTML gradients instead of image gradients; they're a little harder to work with, but the result pays off with not having to load additional images.
The caveat is that, since they're harder to work with, the color scheme had to be slightly updated to work with them.
We also added support for the Font Awesome (an icon set font) for generating all of the little icons on the site which where previously just images.
The forum theme hasn't been updated yet, I'm waiting for the next beta snapshot of the forum software, which adds Font Awesome support to the forum software until more development time goes towards the forum.
