IRC1 was SR (USA) but he hasn't had a stable connection lately.
IRC4 was another of my shells though went down due to finance issues.
We'll likely have IRC1 as Ghost this summer, dependant on if a shell can be rented with a timeframe of 6months minimum; still waiting on details though...
