General: Considering the real-time nature of this site and message board it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of any information that may have been posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted.

The messages contained within this site express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this site or any entity associated with this site.

We cannot and will not guarantee the accuracy of any topics or posts which are displayed on this web forum. Users are solely responsible for the content of their own messages... We reserve the absolute right to edit or delete any message at any time and for any reason that we choose.

Content: Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately via our contact page. We have the ability to remove objectionable content and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Posting of any material which is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, otherwise violates any law will not be allowed. Topics which may tend to lead into serious, heated debates will not be allowed under any circumstances.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you or you retain written permission to use the content.

Although we do not and cannot review all posted content we are not responsible for the content of any of these messages; we reserve the right to edit or delete any message for any reason what-so-ever in anyway that we deem fit. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages.

Content Removal: All posted material is to be considered permanent in all regards. All data on this site is to remain for discussion purposes. We will however honor all court orders to remove data from this site.

Adult Content: Unless otherwise noted this is a nudity free site; where this site is considered to be for adults only we understand that there can be impressionistic individuals (minors or otherwise) users present.

Minors: This site is to be considered an adult site due to the content provided; all underage users must seek parental permission to access this site.

Property: All posts and content are the property of their respective owners. All posters give full exclusive rights for the syndication and usage of all content for any and all site relative usage. By posting on this forum you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

URL Policy: Posting of web site addresses (or URLs) will be limited to the member's home page and/or photo storage sites and links to specific web pages if they contain information pertinent to the topic discussed and that information is not available on this site. Links to valuable, educational sites will also be allowed.

Attempts to use this forum to advance or promote your own web site will not be tolerated. Additionally we do not permit advertising unless the site has a solid link policy and is registered with us.

Private Message Policy: The use of the Private Messaging system (PM's) is a privilege, not a right. Any users caught harassing, demeaning, embarrassing, or intimidating anyone through the private message system will result in the loss of Private Message abilities and could result in a permanent ban from the website without warning.

If you are, or suspect you are being harassed, or see an abuse of the system please contact the administration by Private Message or email IMMEDIATELY - please do NOT retaliate or take any form of offensive action.

Photo Policy: Photos which are stored on another server may be posted here provided that you are the legal owner. You MUST have permission from the photo owner to post content for images which retain a copyright. Photos must be sized at 640x480 pixels or smaller.

Please do not post more than 3-4 photos per post unless you first ask for permission to spam the images on the forum.

Security Policy: For your own safety we ask that you do not post any contact information; this includes, but is not limited to: EMail Address, Telephone Number, Home Address, etc. We cannot be held responsible for any information which you provide users. We have the Private Message system in place for site contact.

Membership Policy: Membership to our forum and use of site services is considered a privilege and can be revoked should users not follow the rules set forth in this agreement and on the forum. Additional rules can be found on the website as they become available.

Rule Policy: We are certain that the rules in place on this site are in essence common sense; users who are unable to follow these rules will not be allowed to post on the site or partake in site resources. We mainly ask that users follow our easy to use policies and respect all users, including those which you do not like. Everyone has just as much of a right to be here than anyone else.

Should you receive a notice about your actions on the forum, or on the site as a whole, from our staff we expect you to take the notice seriously. Where we do tend to work on a "3 strikes and you're out" policy, our staff can choose to make an exception at any time. Where we are all here to benefit the community as a whole, we all speak as one.
