Im a Newbie and i was just wondering what the basics for begining to hack like software and hardware and things like that if you could just tell me a little thankes ive read a lot but i still cant find books on hacking thanks.

why is the topic pert scanning ? It has nothing to deal with port scanning lol....

If you want to use a good port scanner use nmap
search it on google.

Check out the Kbase on this site, it has some good txt files.
