Quick question that I can't seem to find any where else (well, not a clear cut answer atleast)

Is DDR PC2700 backwards compatable with DDR PC2100? I am not talking about DDR2 or anything brand new like that, just if normal ddr is backwards compatible like PC133 and PC100 were.

If it is a specific hardware issue, then would it be supported on a SOYO KT333 Ultra Platinum motherboard?

Yes, it is, DDR is backwards compatable, especially with that board...

what speed would he be running at if you put pc2700 on a board that has pc2100?
