yeah that topic pretty much names all the favorite beginner languages...but really all you gotta accomplish with your first language is learning the common sense stuff of programming then everything else is easy enough
Learn Turbo Pascal first - It's ancient and it should cover all the basics b4 you really start programming. Try versions under 7.0 as they are easyer to use.
