TOKYO (Reuters) - Nintendo Co. Ltd. has sold more than 3 million units of its Wii game console in Japan, three times the sales of Sony Corp.'s PlayStation 3, game magazine publisher Enterbrain said.

I'm holding out for the Gen2 version of the WII myself; I hear they're coming out in new colors as well... So a Jet Black Gen2 WII will be schweet! I'm also hoping for a price reduction with the Gen2...

I actually found a store today that carries the WII that has them IN STOCK but I still find spending over $200 on anything a luxury I just can't afford...
