Recently, some [censored] hacked my account on another online forum. I want to get back into my account, or if possible track down the [censored] that got me and give him hell. How do I go about doing this?

We don't exist to teach you how to hack into email accounts, bulletin board systems, etc.

We exist to assist you in expanding your knowledge, providing you with some, allbeit stale at times, news and to possibly help you have a good time.

If you're having trouble at another forum, you should talk to an administrator of that forum; chances are you did something stupid and gave someone your password.
