Following a story that hit conservative web site DrudgeReport, the Secret Service is investigating whether or not lyrics from Eminem constituted a death threat towards the President. However, the song by Eminem is unreleased

John Gill, a spokesman for the Secret Service which protects the President, says "We are aware of the lyrics, and we are in the process of determining what action, if any, should be taken."

The Eminem lyric in question goes: "I don't rap for dead presidents. I'd rather see the president dead." In street lingo, dead president stands for money. The song also mentions Osama Bin Laden and problems Eminem has encountered.
