A criminal complaint was filed in Calif. against an ex-manager for the chain Hooters for allegedly secretly videotaping Hooter applicants as they tried on uniforms. The chain says it is not their policy to require applicants to try on uniforms.
Some of the charges include using a minor for a sex act and eavesdropping. Four of the complaining women were under the age of 18.
32 yr. old Juan Martin Aponte could get up to 19 yrs. in prison if convicted of the charges in the 57-count complaint.
