Scientists in Japan claim to have
discovered a new species of whale. The claim is unconfirmed and therefore has not yet been given a name.

The whale, similar to a Fin whale, grows to the size of a motor home,
about 30 feet. Thus far, nine specimens have been found, the most recent in 1998.

Further testing must be done to validate the claim.

If it's true, it won't be long before someone starts hunting them.

interesting....I like the squid washup in chili though. The ocean is pwn with 90% of space we have never touched with our eyes. We feel so alone, yet we try like bitches not to find. Just like antarctica has the same amount of space never touched by humans physically. "supposedly". We've already pwned what we could see with our eyes, a few months ago delving to the 5000ft depth. Imax shows that. Their now screening the [censored], and advertising. All wow! WE didn't even breach 1% yet. We're still below 0.1%. I'll pheer, when ppl go o my god as we find life saving exquisite chemicals, and life forms down there. not to mention the life frozen in south.

I wonder whether it'll be available in batter with chips, or whether the Japanese will restrict consumption to raw with rice and ginger
