i'm looking for a program (preferably for linux) which i can browse through a 3d digram of say a house. i know there are architecture and design programs (for windows most that i've seen) but i'm looking more for one which displays blueprints. can autocad do this? what about something more simplified...and preferably free.

i've checked out linux.box.sk and a few other places, so i have a general idea of what's out there. i was mostly wondering if there was a particular program that anyone finds useful.//

Looks really good I think there is a free 'restricted' version that all options aren't enabled in that you can get for filling out some basic information that I neglected to do. Check it out and tell me how it is.

it's ok. i'd prefer something which i can roate fluidly though. this one, i believe i can only choose different views.lol, i know i'm picky with this type of stuf

also, i was wondering if nayone knew if they have resources where i can get public blueprints online. i've heard i could go down to city hall and get them....but that's a pain in the [censored]. do they even have them online? is it only certain cities?f//
