Online dating service, Match.com, has been sued for deceptive practices after one customer claimed that the company sent a female employee on a date with him as "date bait" to ensure he remains subscribed to the service

Match.com says that they have received an affidavit from the alleged "date bait" woman which states she never worked for the company. Another suit has been filed against Yahoo!, claiming the company created fake profiles.

Yahoo! has refused to comment. The suits are federal.

I have thought this before. Create a date site, make some profiles, hire some escorts to date people... Rotate the order.
