When i try to log into a secure page or somthin i cant do it.. I followed the istructions w/ the clicking tools>Internet options> Advance and i followed all the instuctions and i still cant do it.. Anyone else have this problem?

What secured pages are you talking about? How are they secured? Need more info man.

Are you behind a firewall? Secured HTTP transfers is done over a different port than 80. It's 442 if I remember correctly.

And the default settings should be sufficient.

like anythin w/ ssl.. and my router and stuf hasnt changed..

I fixed it. This is what happened I downloaded norton personal firewall and it worked for a while then it started to pull wierd [censored] on me. then i tried uninstalling it and it was like u half to be a supervisor to uninstall and im running as admin so that didnt make sense.. Then i couldnt ftp. So i botted into safe mode and it uninstalled cept for a few errors. and now everythin works..

in other words, I correctly diagnosed your problem. chalk up another one for me.
