I will say now any tuts write on RRFN can be used here on UGN free of charge. Any downloadable progys created can also be used. I plan on setting up tuts based on end result. For example. So you want a topsites script.
Using PHP/MySQL this is how we will do it. Staff here will be offered staff there for starters, Gizmo will have admin staus if he wants it. Icemyst can have admin as well, aside from that I will be admin. I do not plan to steal traffic from here or be a UGN, I will be doing things slightly different this time.

I plan to contact o0Mustard0o from deathskitchen and see if he is intrested in this at all. His site is up but dead as a mug. I might set up and ez boards as they generate mucho traffic.
