Someone to save me
Sometimes all I need is someone,
Someone to come and save me;
I reflect on my life And how I've never had anyone,
Who could help me to be;

I think of your face,
And how perfect the moments felt;
And reflect at our quick pace,
And how the situations we had dealt;

I think of the sparkle in your eye,
How you always made me feel that I could fly;
Just to have you with me,
Made me feel that someone was finally able to save me;

I sit and imagine holding you,
And of all the things that we should both do;
And I realized that now I have the someone I need,
And how I shouldn't have given in at this speed;

I sit and wonder if you and me,
will ever have our happiness truly be;
I lay here and hope,
that we can someday both cope;

I know that you can see,
That you're everything to me;
And you will always know that I love you,
And I hope that someday you will too.
