Now when they seperated them and compared the females excelled and participated more. Maybe males are to harsh or vocal and females (in general ladies) withdraw a bit.
We all know females are more emotional. Maybe as men we are too hard on them sometimes. For example when you flame me I might chuckle and say under my breath *assholes* and keep posting, where a lady might scream ASSHOLES! and never come back.
Or it could be we are all a bunch of geeks and girls usally do not care about code and video games.
