O.k a while ago I had this link to a website that listed all (well a **** load of) Linux distros and you could download them from right there they were 600mb files already in the .iso format anybody know which site im talking about and what the url was I lost it on a system reset..
I don't know what website you are talking about. There are a lot of em out there like that. Hmm, well is there one distro you want? You can always d/l the distro form the distro website. I mean if you search a search engine for linux distros it will have a list of websites, those websites can have lists aswell. I use the red hat website a lot, it's a good place to search about linux. www.redhat.com

LOL, it is hard to tell what site he is talking about. I mean that is a good site, however what he talked about, there are many like that LOL. I hope that is the one, or you find it. If not, no worries. Plenty of good stuff out there.
