Well I guess as the title says I'd like to know how I can hide my IP address so I don't get caught.

A proxy would be the top choice in "hiding" your ip address, there are a few types of them though and they range on differant ports (such as a standard web proxy, squid proxy, etc).

Do you know of a good list that has heaps of different port numbers and their uses?

Also I was wondering if you could inturpert NetBIOS into N00Bish terms for me, pls?

Yeh, it's called google... Search "Port #" ie: "Port 25", it'll almost always spit out some result. Most Port Scanners (such as "SuperScan" come with their own portlist. No portlist will show every port or at least every use for every port.

This is the official list, though developers are more than happy to pick random ports for whatever they want, so may not always be accurate.

I think it's that Malyasian varient of 1337 speak. Yes it appears to be in the same family as other Asian 1337 Speak variants. But it also shows a severe lack of any knowledge of the English Language.
