Have you tried to hacked WINDOWS source code (i mean the entire operating system, either 9x based or NT)? Why Is it ican't find somerefereces on this topic. I know its illegal but they wouldn't know?

Just A Thought?! That's because of most hackers say Windows is very insecure but why can't they hacked its source?

Windows is "closed source" software, which means no one outside of Microsoft has the source code (ok, and some countries, but even that is limitied). I suppose you could try and decompile it, but if that would work I'm sure someone would have done it already.
