Anyway this is what I think I wrote. I go to uni and we have our computor labs and all would be good if our administrator (who i dont know) wasnt such a [censored]. You carnt install anything (which is pointless becuase we all have our log ins and when you log off all saved files will get removed anyway). The are other things aswell that restrict users like me that get in the way.
Know I dont want to be harmful (as im not the only one that uses the computors). It would be easier if I could just get the passwords for the admin.
I have access to run, cmd, regedit (i think). I can not change the name of anything in windows or delete it. I also dont have full access to the control panel. Oh and there is no right click on desktop.
A keylogger wont work cause we have over 200 computors. Any Ideas?

I know his log in name and ip. Oh it has Norton installed and I carnt find its folder. I tried to install a port scanner (dont know why) and it picked it up.
The reason why msn6.1 didnt work was cause you cant install anything. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 478 UGN Member | | UGN Member Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 478 | Does anyone have any ideas, usually either Gizmo, Sin, Weeve, Ghost, or Infinite would have said something by now. Or is this in the wrong forum?
Perhaps the question is too broad. But making it smaller may make it sound illegal, but here it goes: How can I find out the Admin pwl? Or 'hack' his/her account. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 815 nobody | | nobody Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 815 | can you boot from CD or did he disable that also? He's just doing his job, hoss. If I was the admin of that system and I knew someone was gunning for me out of spite, I'd probably just kick your [censored]. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 7,204 Likes: 11 Community Owner | | Community Owner Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 7,204 Likes: 11 | Look at it this way; they secure the systems to the best of their ability so that some [censored] doesn't install a bunch of viruses and spyware and keylogers to jack all the [censored] you do on the system and so that the systems are up so others can use it; not just you. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 524 Member | | Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 524 | Computer lab machines are not for personal use. I find it appalling that-with your grammar/spelling-you were even able to get into a "uni" :x Seriously, I don't mean to be an [censored], but try and think out your posts more (on all levels). | | | | | Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 478 UGN Member | | UGN Member Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 478 | Im sorry dashocker, I didnt realise that I needed 2 pass ur grammer/spelling class 2 continue my course @ unyverseiti. opps did I spell that wrong.
Its funny how everyone is so quick to respond, if it means they get the chance to take a stab at someone. Or maybe it's just people like unreal who decide to misinterpret questions just so they can flame users to satisfy their hunger to express the power they have over other members. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 7,204 Likes: 11 Community Owner | | Community Owner Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 7,204 Likes: 11 | Recieved PM from: Artic Warrior About that topic I started. Just incase you didn't read my question but instead skipped to unreals remark about me trying to be malicious and attacking the admin out of spite, I thought that I should clear things up. I had no intention to install virus's or spyware. What would be the use of that on a computer in a lab. I use those computers when mine crash. I believe that what I worte made it very clear that my intentions were in good behaviour.
I just dont understand how you defend admins in cases like mine yet when others ask about not being able to access certain sites you quickly tell them the solution when they may very well infect the computers with all the [censored] that floats in the www. Arn't those admins just doing their job? I definately defend the Admin's. If they allow specific cases they allow it for everyone. In a perfect world they could allow it for everyone; but no it can't be so. I'm not saying that YOU WILL install spyware, I'm saying though that others could and it would ruin everyones experiances. Also, don't pm me (unless you have my permission) unless you plan on getting your account banned. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 478 UGN Member | | UGN Member Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 478 | Dont private message you? I'm a busy person and ALL of your messages should have been asked on the board, not via PM's. And yes, as infinite said; topic closed.
