"Zelda Ocarina of Time" was released for the Gamecube awhile back, later on people gained the ability to rip GameCube ISO's and also upload data into the GameCube,

Turns out Nintendo had made an N64 emulator for the GameCube to Run Zelda Oot,
Hackers cracked the N64 emulator for the GC to allow it to play other N64 roms,

At this time two GC game loaders have been released for N64 games:

Mariokart_64_GC_Loader_Compatible-Jurai
Mario_64_GC_Loader_Compatible-Jurai

You can expect within a few months time for every single N64 title to be released to the GC.

Since this is a professionalaly made emulator created by Nintendo, N64 games played on the GC should have improved graphics and sound.
