No. You've over used all of your chances, we ended up banning you from the IRC 3 times. You will NOT be allowed back.

As for this post, it's against the rules, if he won't answer his PM's thats his fault, not ours; becides, the decision is up to me and I say no.

BTW, one more strike and you're banned for another 15 days, lets see if someone else will strike you for this...
