I know there are some underground all around search engines that are free that look up records of people. I'm specifically looking for a possible unlisted cellular phone number.

though starting shortly cellphone numbers may start being listed in the yellow pages...

They dont exist. At least I do not believe. Maybe the government has one, but the public doesn't. Tracfone is a perfect example because anyone (like I did) can go out and buy a phone. Within minutes you can register it and have your own phone.

the only possibility of this happening is with postpaid phones since they have a more stable customer base then prepaid (aka tracfone)...
