(2ghz tend to shift every 5-10 seconds plus can be encrypted, where as some 900mhz are encrypted and do shift, but their easier to find).
The frequencies for those are:
(Panasonic 900 MHZ) CH BASE HANDSET -- ------- ------- 01 902.100 926.100 02 902.130 926.130 03 902.160 926.160 04 902.190 926.190 05 902.220 926.220 06 902.250 926.250 07 902.280 926.280 08 902.310 926.310 09 902.340 926.340 10 902.370 926.370 11 902.400 926.400 59 903.870 927.870

Could the frequency shifting be responsible for your own phone conversation being interfered with by another (accidentally) ? | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 7,203 Likes: 11 Community Owner | Community Owner Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 7,203 Likes: 11 | theoretically yes, but it'd be quite uncommon | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 270 UGN Member | UGN Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 270 | When freq shifting on a phone, you change feqs every 7 or so secs so for another phone to have the exact same shifting pattern is something like
1 in 1 Billion, roughly (Not exactly)
but a portion of the shift is the same, it would possibly account for a few seconds of interferrence Unless you try something to which you have not already succeeded ~ Then you shall NEVER grow | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 524 Member | Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 524 | well, it happened to me....so poo | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 270 UGN Member | UGN Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 270 | It could be just a problem with the wiring though, from the reciever to the the junction box, anywhere there you could be picking up the faint parts of another signal Unless you try something to which you have not already succeeded ~ Then you shall NEVER grow | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 626 Member | Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 626 | c00 stuff, curious if this shoukd be kept here or go to phreaking since its with phones...
