Where can I get an IP Cloaking device?

If you mean Proxy then theres trillions on the internet, just give google a search for "Free Proxy" and you'll get quite the many, but you may have to sort through lists. I like to scan my own...

If you're looking for IP Spoofing Utilities, good luck on finding one that works.

If you're just wanting to surf anonymously check out http://www.anonymizer.com/ I think they have banners though.

If you're looking for a Proxy Client (a program that changes/updates proxys for you) I'd reccommend Stealther 2.7 I've actually gotten the chance to review it myself and I was quite impressed...

It has 3 modes:
Normal (no proxy)
Stealth (Proxy)
Super Stealth (proxy loaded into a proxy etc)

Although they want people to pay for it, so you may have to take a break to find a crack on www.astalavista.box.sk and only grab the 22 or 27k download since its the only one listed that actually REGISTERS the program for you.

also... go to www.analogx.com and download iproxy (i think), its the easiest proxy ive ever used and works everytime.
