Do you use Microsoft Visual C++ to programme?
I compile programmes by command "c++" in Linux,but I have use VC 6.0 to make a GUI programme just by clicking some buttons.I don't know how it is to make the GUI just by C++ without VC.
I just want to know some concept.I think if I have some confusion about it...

I recommend wxwidget, you can then create GUI applications on both Linux or Windows, there is an option to learn win32 API, however that is only available to the Windows Platform.
