Myself, I don't care for software, but most may so you can do those if you want (nix ones preferred for me).

Hey giz can we fix the Topic string length in news? Most of my topic titles are getting cut off.

On the old board the topic length could extend beyond the text form field. On this new board I get maybe 25 characters to define a topic.

"no major changes until the next upgrade" - theres a reasn for this statement, the next upgrade is possibly a month away and I don't wnt to have to worry about leaving a mod out...

seems 255 length like I thought... also seems the config file has a paramater for this...

'SUBJECT_LENGTH' => '50',

Changed to 100; tell me if you need longer, but 100 should be sufficient.
