Actually users contact information stay in my database until they either prove that they wont misuse their access or untilthey prove they will... in either case they have to prove that they can actually help as opposed to screw things up. In either case not everyone who applies gets access, look at soap, he'd have gotten access if he wouldn't have spammed me. Then he harassed me on DRAx... Yea, no one wants to make a brand new guy MOD. You kinda want to prove yourself a bit first. Then people will respect you more, provided you DID prove yourself.
