The worst is when the person taking your call is a dumb [censored].
I remember calling my ISP cause the net was down for no reason, my home page was a index that said to contact the ISP cause they need to talk a person in that house hold. Well i called cause my family really isnt the "computer" type.

I called them, and asked what was wrong, i have never talked to a more confused tech dude in my life... He was like uhhhh... ohhhh... hmmm.... yahhh.. i will put ur net back up.
