JSON - JavaScript Object Notation
EBML - Extensible Binary Meta Language (aims to be XML of bianarys)
DHTML - Dynamic HTML
LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl, PHP or Python
SPA - single page application
I know some DHTML as well as Apache, some perl, and PHP...
I got PHP/MySQL covered these days.
Out of that crap? Perl and Linux. You got a lot up there wayyyy out of my area of expertise.
/me walks off mumbling about "them damn web designers"
I asked this because web design seems to be heading in a new interactive direction these days. Many of the things needed are above. I found out the Ajax uses XMLHttpRequest to do real time page updates.
There seems to be a race to get more out of what is out there and rename it. DHTML for example is just Mark up, javascript, and CSS.
AJAX is Markup CSS Javascript and XML asycronus requests. EBML - Extensible Binary Meta Language (aims to be XML of bianarys) intrests me.
