Ok, Some people are stupid, it's a fact, many kazaa users when installing Kazaa select their entire hard drive for sharing, Iv found such things as phone numbers, resumes, banking dox, digital camera images etc. So here's a fun thread, post whatever crazy stuff you find from people.

To find peoples personal Digital camera images just type in MVC DSC or any other standard digital camera file name, pimp

I found a picture of someone's [censored], so I messeged the guy and asked if that was his own, and he said "yes". So I proceeded to ask what life with a [censored] that small is like. I don't think I made a new friend. smirk

yeah Chem is damn writte, most of them newbies select their whole hard drive in My KaZaa so it's very easy to get a lots of [censored] from em.

You can also get login details/credit card info/ and sutff like that sometimes in NOTEPAD files.
Lol, how can people be so stupid.
Posted By: Curse Re: Kazaa Fun - 11/25/02 11:28 PM

I made it legal lol...
Posted By: Griffon Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/14/02 11:15 AM
When you are downloading or uploading a file in kazaa you can run the netstat comman in ms-dos and get the persons ip, the load youe ie browser and typr there IP in there addreess bar followed by the port kazaa uses and you can viewl the files they're sharing its pretty nifty, by the way i think kazaa uses port :1214 so it looks like this, 203.174.252.123:1214
Posted By: black^Pimp Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/14/02 03:32 PM
lol it's not [censored] ilegal, well maybe to post here.. but i got shits like that many times on kazaa till gizmo gave me a good idea to search for emails lol.

btw you guys try searching for these keywords:

"admin" "passwords" "my"

believe me, you can get lucky, like i did !!!

hmmm, so when you are connected to a kazaa user and are downloading, what port is the connection made to?

ok, its 1214. I cant seem to figure out how you view all their files in IE?
Posted By: Griffon Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/14/02 11:59 PM
Well while you are in kazaa (kazaa lite 1.7 works the best) and downloading a file off of someone just run "netstat" in ms-dos and note the ips then run it again when the fil finishes the ip that is not htere when it finishes is the ip off their computer, then type this in there address bar.

ipaddress:1214
Posted By: Gremelin Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/15/02 01:05 AM
http://[ip]:1214
Posted By: Imperial Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/15/02 03:06 PM
winmx users are just as stupid, I searched for mvc and got a large number of files

only thing is though, these people don't like it when you download their personal cam [censored]..heh..I have one full picture of this guy and his son and like 5 partials

oh and I don't think the ip thing in ie works with winmx...it connects but you get a blank screen
Posted By: dashocker Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/15/02 08:20 PM
ok, yeah, well I figured it out but just forgot to edit my post but thanx anyway.

Posted By: dashocker Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/17/02 09:00 PM
well someone could be real cool and post a list of file type extensions(.exe whatever) that commonly house interesting types of files(emails or webcam pics whatever). im pretty lazy so dont ask me. im sure the almighty moguai has plenty memorized, dont ya moguai?
Posted By: Gremelin Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/18/02 04:12 AM
find them yourself, last thing we need is every kid searching for emails so that kazaa puts a block smirk.
Posted By: dashocker Re: Kazaa Fun - 12/18/02 08:52 PM
WELL EXXXXXXXXXXCUSE ME miss america. I just thought I'd try and encite a response that was actually useful instead of "Wow, look at these pics or heres someones credit card info." Yeah because I know you actually use Kazaa and not Kazaa Lite so you really care about them blocking it. Oh yeah, is it Kazaa's fault people are stupid and share their whole hard drive? No. Does Kazaa care? No. And it would be a shame if some random wound up here, woke up and started practicing good secuirty. A downright shame I tell you. Because UGN is definetly against any sort of mischief and our main goal is helping people with security problems

Subject: IMPORTANT!

A Virus has been passed on to me by a contact. My address book has in turn
been infected. Since you are in my address book, there is a good chance you
will find it in your computer too. I followed the directions below and
eradicated the virus easily.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

The Virus (called jdbgmgr.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee
Anti-virus systems. The virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging the
system.

It is sent automatically by messenger and by the address book, whether or
not you sent emails to your contacts.

Here's how to check for the virus and how to get rid of it.

YOU MUST DO THIS

1 Go to Start, Find or Search option
2 In the file/ folders option, type the name: jdbgmgr.exe
3 Be sure your search your C: drive and all subfolders and any other
drives you may have
4 Click "find now"
5 The Virus has a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe

DO NOT OPEN IT

6 Go to Edit (on the menu bar), choose "select all" to highlight the
file without opening it
7 Now go to File (on the menu bar) and select delete. It will then go to
the Recycle Bin 8 Go to the Recycle Bin and delete it there as well

IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS, YOU MUST CONTACT ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ADDRESS
BOOK,
SO THEY CAN ERADICATE IT IN THEIR OWN ADDRESS BOOKS

SORRY ABOUT THIS

To do this:

a) Open a new e-mail message
b) Click the icon of the address book next to the "TO"
c) Highlight every name and add to "BCC" d) Copy this message ...
enter subject ... paste to e-mail ... send
