Random question popped into my head today how do you guys decide when to promote someones standing on the site, is it a statistical thing or do the admins personally say, "hey, I like this guy (or gal) lets kick them down a notch on our list of people we're better than.

It changes as you hit certain post counts unless you piss us off THEN you'll get a customized one from us...

I've been UGN news admin forever and a half, and as far as I know, I'm not even able to post news anymore.... So they also leave your standings due to lazyness ...I think mostly on icemysts part..

Well I was promoted a long time ago. It was quite an ordeal. Before Gizmo was married he was quite the lonely man. I was a young impressionable lad looking to move up in UGN. So Gizmo handed me some knee pads and asked me to join him in his private office. *shuders*

I still have nightmares.... But I emerged an admin. That and I signed something with my own blood. Something about the life after and all eterity. I think there was something about a lake of fire too. *shrugs*

So yea, just take a page from me. Here are some knee pads, I will be in my office when you are ready. Let me ge the contract from Gizmo and you prick your finger for the blood.
